At OasisPlug, our unwavering commitment is to deliver an exceptional shopping experience coupled with outstanding customer service. 

  • All Returns must be requested & approved.
  • Orders CANNOT be cancelled once they are placed. Feel free to initiate a return by contacting us once your order is delivered.
  • Customer service must be contacted within 24-48 hours of receiving item(s) regarding any returns.
  • We must receive the item within seven days once return is approved.
  • Please allow 3-4 business days after returns are delivered for review and refunds initiated.
  • Store credit will be issued after returned items are reviewed (NO REFUNDS!).
  • Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging (unworn/unused & with tags)
  • Returned orders due to address issues will not be refunded. Customer will receive store credit.
  • 13% restocking fee will be applied to any and all returned items before credit is issued
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if goods are not returned in a salable condition or are damaged.
  • The Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking Information as OasisPlug is not responsible for any lost or missing returns.
  • Shipping fee for any rejected returns is the customer's responsibility.
  • Store credit will be issued for any orders returned to us by the post office for any reason whatsoever, including address issues.
  • OasisPlug is not responsible for shipping, reshipping or returns fees.
  • OasisPlug is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • The maximum number of returns that may be approved per order is 2.
  • Returns due to personal preferences will not be accepted.
  • OasisPlug is not responsible for damaged items in the mail.
  • OasispPlug is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • International customers are responsible  for all custom fees , import taxes,  and tarriffs imposed by their country.
